HHA Exchange at VNSNY Partners in Care

VNSNY Partners in Care has initiated a new project to upgrade our software computer systems and will be migrating several of our existing software programs into one program.  This will be called the HHA Exchange (HHAX).

What is HHAX? HHAX – which is short for Home Health Aide Exchange – provides an all-in-one solution for case referrals, scheduling, mobile applications, human resources and compliance. Over time, this system will replace Santrax and Sandata Mobile Connect (SMS).

Why is Partners in Care doing this? To make your life easier is one reason. With this new system, you will be able to easily access all your information in one simple place. It will also have a streamlined scheduling system that makes it easy for you to directly accept cases.

When is this happening? Partners in Care will begin rolling out the HHAX system on September 11, 2021 to home health aides working in Long Island and Westchester. The system will then be rolled out to other teams in the near future. We will be in touch with you when the time comes for you to change over to this new HHAX system. We want to make sure you receive the information and training you need to make it as easy as possible for you to start using this new system.
